1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the following countries:

• United States

• United Kingdom

• Note: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

2. Processing Time
Before we ship your order, we need to prepare your products.

• Standard Processing: Most orders are processed within 3-5 business days (Monday to Friday).

• Cut-off Time: Orders are processed based on China Standard Time (GMT+8).

• Delays: Processing may take longer during peak seasons (Halloween, Christmas) or for custom-sized costumes. We appreciate your patience.

3. Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Guangzhou, China.
Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time.

Note: The estimated time does not include customs delays.

4. Shipping Costs

•  Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the items and the destination.

5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track your package via the link provided in the email or on our website.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

• United States: In most cases, parcels to the US under $800 do not incur customs duties, but sales tax may be collected by the platform where applicable.

• United Kingdom: VAT is included in the product price for orders under £135.

• General Policy: Unless otherwise stated, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees that may apply once the package reaches your country. Ciclove is not responsible for these charges.
