Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Period
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unused.

  • In its original packaging with all tags and accessories included.

  • Receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Non-returnable items:

  • Custom-made or personalized items (unless there is a quality issue).

  • Items marked as "Final Sale".

3. Return Process
To start a return, please contact us at Sales@Ciclove.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

  • Authorization: If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and the specific return address.

  • Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

  • Return Address: Please note that our main warehouse is located in China. All returns must be shipped to our China facility.

    • Address: Room 1001, Building 1, Eton Mansion, No. 947 Qiaoxing Avenue, Panyu District, Guangzhou, Guangdong, 511430, China.

4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (e.g., Visa, Google Pay, PayPal)  within 7 business days.

  • Original Shipping Fee: Please note that the original shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We accept exchange requests within 30 days of delivery.

6. No Restocking Fee
We do not charge any restocking fees for returns of standard items.

7. Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • Before Shipping:

    • Standard Orders: You may cancel your order for a full refund at any time before the package has been shipped.

    • Custom/Made-to-Order Items: If you cancel within 24 hours of purchase, you will receive a full refund. After 24 hours (when production begins), a 30% material & labor fee will be deducted from the refund.

  • After Shipping:

    • Unfortunately, we cannot cancel an order once it has been shipped. You must wait to receive the package and then initiate the return process.
